How is attribution tracked?+
By promo code at checkout — simple and tamper-proof. No cookies, no UTM games, no expiring windows. If a family uses your code, the sale is yours.
What counts toward my commission?+
Net revenue after the discount and after any refunds. So if your code gives 10% off a 39 EUR pack, your 20% applies to what we actually keep. Refunded orders are removed from the next statement.
Will my audience get a worse price than your normal customers?+
No — the opposite. Your code stacks a discount on top of the public price. Your audience pays less than someone arriving directly.
Do you support my country and currency?+
Lunio sells in 9 languages across the EU, UK, and US. We pay you in the order's original currency, or convert to EUR / GBP / USD on request.
When and how are payouts made?+
Quarterly. You receive a statement by email first — so you can check the redemptions — and we pay shortly after via bank transfer, Wise, or PayPal.
Is there a minimum payout threshold?+
We pay out anything above 25 EUR / GBP / USD. Smaller balances roll over to the next quarter.
Can I see my stats?+
Today: a clear quarterly statement by email. A self-serve dashboard is on the roadmap — early partners get first access.
Can I use my own code?+
Yes — but self-purchases (orders billed to your own email or card) are excluded from commission. The program is for families you refer, not for personal discounts.
Do I need an invoice or tax form?+
Above 600 EUR per year we'll ask for a basic invoice. We walk you through it — nothing scary.
Can I leave the program?+
Anytime. Email us and we deactivate your code on the next billing cycle. Earned commission still gets paid.
