Refund Policy

Lunio works in 7 nights or your money back. We're confident the routine works — but only if you actually run it. Follow it for 7 nights, log each one with the daily tracker email we send you, and if nothing has improved by night 8, we'll refund you in full.

How it works

1. Follow your personalised routine for 7 consecutive nights. 2. Log each night using the daily tracker email (it takes 20 seconds). 3. If, on night 8, nothing has improved — better quality, fewer wake-ups, or an earlier sleep time — reply to your tracker report email and we'll refund you in full.

Why we ask for the logs

Most sleep changes need a few nights to land. The tracker proves you gave it a real shot — and gives us the data to actually help you if the refund request comes in. If you didn't enrol in the tracker or didn't log at least 5 of the 7 nights, we can't honour the refund.

How to request a refund

Reply to your day-8 tracker report, or open a request from our support page using the address used at checkout with your order reference. Refunds are processed within 5 working days back to the original payment method.

What's covered

The €39 routine pack. Refunds apply to one purchase per household. The €24 activity-cards add-on is not covered (it's an optional extra, not part of the core routine).

Why we offer this

Children's sleep is too important to gamble on. If you do the work and Lunio doesn't help, you should pay nothing.
