Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Lunio ("we", "us") provides personalised digital sleep routines for children. You can reach us via our support page.

2. The service

Lunio sells a digital sleep routine delivered as a PDF, plus an optional add-on (printable activity cards). The product is generated based on the answers you provide in the questionnaire and is delivered to your email address shortly after purchase.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm you meet these requirements.

4. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown on the site at the time of purchase: €39 for the routine pack and €24 for the activity-cards add-on. Where applicable, VAT is included. Payments are taken in euros (EUR); your bank may apply a conversion fee if your card is in another currency.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see, store, or have access to your full payment card details. Your order is confirmed once Stripe authorises the payment.

6. Delivery

After payment, you receive a confirmation page with an immediate download link, and an email containing the same PDF. Delivery is normally instant; if you have not received the email within 30 minutes, check spam and then contact us via our support page.

7. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Lunio is digital content delivered immediately. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)) you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once download begins.

This does not affect our separate promise that Lunio works in 7 nights or your money back: follow the routine for 7 nights, log each one with our tracker, and if nothing has improved by night 8 we'll refund you in full. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

8. Licence

When you purchase the routine, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own household. You may print copies for personal use.

• No redistribution, resale, or sharing outside your household.
• No commercial use, including use in nurseries, clinics, or paid services.
• No use of the materials to train machine-learning or AI models.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer the site, scrape content at scale, attempt to bypass our checkout, or interfere with the service's normal operation.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the site and in the PDF — text, illustrations, layout, name and brand — is owned by Lunio or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law.

11. Disclaimers

Lunio provides educational content about children's sleep. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified paediatrician or sleep professional. If your child has persistent sleep concerns, a medical condition, or a developmental difference, please consult a healthcare professional.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the service is capped at the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer resident in another EU/UK country, you also enjoy the protection of mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence, which are not affected by these terms. Disputes may be brought before the courts of your country of residence.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
